  • This mix of pure essential oils helps to soothe and relieve throat discomfort either in a steam inhalation, humidifier, burner or bath.
  • Ingredients include:
  • lavender,* tea tree, sandalwood and thyme.
  • Ingredients marked with an asterisk and organic certified ingredients.
  • Directions for use:
  • Shake well before use. For younger children, mix 4 drops in 1 tablespoon of oil (almond, olive or sunflower) then add to humidifier, burner or bath or a few drops neat on a tissue or pyjamas. Older children and adults as above, or add 4 drops to a bowl of boiling water, place head over bowl, cover with a towel and inhale. Use up to 5 times a day.
