How do I return an item?

For Vibram Fivefingers Returns:

Pure Body Balance will only accept returns if the items have not been worn outside or show signs of wear. Pure Body Balance advise all customers on our site and in our videos to acclimatise yourself to wearing your Fivefingers over time and indoors on carpet. If the original packaging and shoes are in the condition they left our clinic Pure Body Balance will be happy to exchange them within 10 days of original purchase date.

Pure Body Balance will not accept returns on sales goods.

Postage of returns must be sent via recorded delivery, Pure Body Balance do not stand liable for any loss of stock in post or transit or any damage to stock in post or transit.

Pure Body Balance offer Free postage on the initial order. If any items are returned all postage costs including return postage of exchanged item must be covered by the customer.

Manufacturers faults of any Vibram Fivefingers products must be sent directly to The Vibram manufacturers. Details of their returns policy are found on www.vibram.com

For Coconoil Returns: Pure Body Balance offer the same returns policy as above if the items is returned unopened. Opened stock will not be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons.

For Exercise Products: Pure Body Balance offer the same returns policy as above if the items are returned unopened. Opened and use products may compromise the safety  and hygiene of the item.
